At OrigenUP we take privacy seriously. This policy explains which personal data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is OrigenUP. You can contact us about anything related to your data at d.garcia@origenagency.com.
2. Data we process
When you fill in the contact form we process the data you provide: name, company, email, phone and the message or situation you describe. In addition, if you accept analytics cookies, we process browsing data on an aggregated basis.
3. Purpose
- To handle your request and send you a services proposal.
- To get in touch with you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To analyse the use of the site to improve it (only with your consent).
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and accepting cookies, as well as the legitimate interest in responding to your request.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if we end up working together, for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods. After that it is deleted.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. We use providers acting as data processors for the operation of the site and the sending of forms (for example, the email and analytics services). Google Analytics may process data on an aggregated basis in accordance with its own policies.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to d.garcia@origenagency.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
